If you prefer to wait, you can always add any of these services later on. Once you've received your order ID#, you'll be able to login to our site, manage your order, upload more files, or even complete our fact-finding questionnaire. How Do I Know Whether To Choose "Entry-Level," "Federal," "Professional" or "Executive"?
If you're applying for senior, executive, or C-level positions, choose "executive." The same level applies if you're submitting 5 or more pages worth of information for us to review in conjunction with any resume writing assignment at any level. If you're applying for government or military jobs, select "Federal Resume" and if you're fresh out of school without any career experience, choose "Entry-Level Resume." If none of these situations apply, then select "Profesional Resume" as the default. If you're still unsure, you can still select "Professional Resume" and our resume writing team will review your submission and let you know within 24 hours if it needs to be changed

Can I Talk To Your Writing Team On The Phone?
When they aren't writing resumes....YES! Simply indicate on your order form (or on our contact form) that you'd like a writer to call you and they'll do so between resume writing projects! In all other instances, you can correspond with your assigned lead writer via our client service center. If you add "Career Coaching" to your order, you'll also receive a scheduled, in-depth 30+ minute phone call from your lead writer & coach.
How Does The Job Guarantee Work?
Simply send your new resume out to at least 40 prospective employers using the methods we prescribe and we'll guarantee you'll be working in 45 days or less. If not, then send us receipts for your first 40 or more mailings within 90 days of your order and we'll refund your purchase price.
How Can I Get A Discount?
Much of our own continued success is the result of strong, positive referrals from our clients. For each person you refer to our service, we'll refund $20 to the credit card you used. If the amount of refunds exceeds the amount you paid, we'll send you a check for the difference. There's no limit to how much you can earn. We also post coupons from time to time during the "off" season.
In What Format Will My New Resume Be Sent?
We send every resume as a WORD (.doc or .docx) file and again as a .PDF file. You can save either or both files from your email or login to your account on our site and download them from there. We're also usually glad to accommodate special requests for other file formats and/or methods of delivery.
